IHSS (In Home Support Services)
Family Caregivers
IHSS is a participant-directed service for people with disabilities. Under the participation of a home care agency, the client gets to direct your
own in-home care plan. As long as you are able to direct and manage your care, or if you have an Authorized Representative of your choosing
you can receive services under IHSS. Equally, if you are an Authorized Representative for a minor, you can receive IHSS services as well.
